High-strength concrete grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength concrete grouting material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 to 4 parts of cement, 0.3 to 0.8 part of slag sand, 1 to 2 parts of quartz sand, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of river sand, 0.08 to 0.15 part of a water reducing agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of an early strength agent, 0.2 to 0.35 part of fly ash, 0.009 to 0.015 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.001 to 0.005 part of graphene oxide, 0.5 to 1 part of quartz powder, 0.0005 to 0.003 part of a defoaming agent, 0.7 to 1 part of water, 0.0001 to 0.0005 part of a stabilizer and 0.002 to 0.008 part of a thickening time control agent. The method comprises the following steps: screening, cleaning and air-drying the raw materials, and proportioning the raw materials in parts by weight for backup; and mixing and stirring through a pulping machine, sampling a semi-finished product formed after mixing and stirring is completed through a sampler, and allowing the sampled semi-finished product to be subjected to a fluidity test. The grouting material prepared by the invention has the beneficial effects of simple process, low cost, high strength, long service life, improvement of structural safety and the like.
