Novel high-strength grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a novel high-strength grouting material. The novel high-strength grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-20 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 1-30 parts of superfine steel slag micro powder, 1-30 parts of a superfine mineral reinforcing material, 0.05-0.25 part of single-layer graphene dispersion liquid, 10-20 parts of quartz sand, 15-30 parts of machine-made sand, 0.1-0.5 part of a thickening agent, 2-6 parts of a water reducing agent and 0.1-0.5 part of an expanding agent. The novel high-strength grouting material provided by the invention has the advantages of rapid early strength development, continuous later strength increase, good initial fluidity, strong tendon holding ability, detailed expansion in early three hours, and no shrinkage in later period.
本发明提供一种新型高强度灌浆料,它的原料组成及质量份配比如下:硫铝酸盐水泥1~20份,超细钢渣微粉1~30份,超细矿物增强料1~30份,单层石墨烯分散液0.05~0.25份,石英砂10~20份,机制砂15~30份,增稠剂0.1~0.5份,减水剂2~6份,膨胀剂0.1~0.5份。本发明所述新型高强度灌浆料具有早期强度发展迅速,后期强度持续增长,初始流动性好,握筋能力强,前期三小时可起到明细膨胀作用,后期不收缩。
