The invention provides a prefabricated T beam and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated T beam comprises a longitudinal beam and a flange plate which are integrally formed, a bearing plate is arranged at the bottom of the flange plate, the bearing plate extends out of the outer side of the flange plate, and the extension amount of the bearing plate extending out of the flange plate can be adjusted through the bearing plate. The junctions of the two bearing plates located in the same wet joint are fixedly connected through a connecting plate, a plurality of strip-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed in the top faces of the two sides of the flange plate, the strip-shaped grooves are arranged at equal intervals in the length direction of the flange plate, and connecting components are embedded in the strip-shaped grooves; a plurality of closed connecting steel bars are arranged between every two adjacent flange plates, the two ends of each closed connecting steel bar are placed in the corresponding strip-shaped groove and arranged on the connecting component in a sleeving mode, and post-pouring concrete is poured into a wet joint between every two adjacent flange plates and the strip-shaped grooves in the two sides of the wet joint. The supporting formwork does not need to be installed on the bottom face of the wet joint again, the problem of tedious procedures caused by binding and welding of traditional T-beam steel bars is solved, and effective transverse connection between prefabricated T-beams can be achieved.
本发明提出了一种预制T梁及其施工方法,包括一体成型的纵梁及翼缘板,所述翼缘板的底部设置有承载板,所述承载板伸出翼缘板外侧,且承载板可调节伸出翼缘板的伸长量,位于同一湿接缝内的两块承载板的交界处通过连接板进行固定连接,所述翼缘板两侧顶面对称设置有若干条形槽,若干所述条形槽沿翼缘板长度方向等间距布置,所述条形槽内预埋有连接构件,相邻两个翼缘板之间设置有若干封闭连接钢筋,封闭连接钢筋的两端分别放置于条形槽内并套设在连接构件上,相邻两个翼缘板之间的湿接缝内及其两侧的条形槽内均浇筑有后浇混凝土。本发明无需在湿接缝底面重新安装支撑模板,免去传统T梁钢筋绑扎焊接所带来的工序繁琐问题,可以实现预制T梁间的有效横向连接。
