Novel asynchronous hanging basket construction structure
The invention discloses a novel asynchronous hanging basket construction structure which comprises a bearing main truss, a guiding system and a hanging rod. By additionally arranging asynchronous hanging basket joists, firstly, the number of the asynchronous hanging basket joists is increased from original two to three, and the second middle joist of the hanging basket bottom plate is fixed below the bearing main truss through a suspender; the second rear joist arranged at the other end of the hanging basket bottom plate is fixed below the bottom plate for pouring the box girder through an anchoring system formed by combining anchoring ribs and nuts, so that the original mode that a hanging rod is obliquely connected with the second rear joist is replaced, inclined placement of the hanging rod is reduced, and the second middle joist is only responsible for walking of the asynchronous hanging basket; and the structure can meet the requirement that a single steel web is constructed by using an asynchronous hanging basket, so that the safety in the construction process and the safety in the walking process are improved.
本发明公开了一种新型异步挂篮施工结构,包括承重主桁架、导向系统、吊杆。所述本发明通过增设异步挂篮托梁,首先将原先的异步挂篮托梁由原先的两个增加为三个,并且将挂篮底板的第二中托梁通过吊杆固定在上述承重主桁架的下方,并将上述挂篮底板的另一端设置的第二后托梁通过由锚固筋与螺母组合形成锚固系统固定在以浇筑箱梁的底板下方,由此代替原先的吊杆倾斜连接第二后托梁,减少了吊杆的倾斜放置,所述第二中托梁只负责异步挂篮的行走,此结构可满足单块钢腹板使用异步挂篮施工,由此本发明增加了施工过程中的安全性,以及行走过程的安全性。
