The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a high-rise residence expansion type reinforcing band replacing a post-cast strip. The construction method comprises the steps of formwork erection, roof steel bar laying, division of the post-cast strip range by adopting a steel wire mesh, concrete pouring, film covering and maintenance, and formwork and support dismantling; an integral erecting mode is adopted for formwork erecting, bottom bars are laid at the position of an original post-cast strip according to the specification and interval of top plate steel bars, and after laying is completed, longitudinal and transverse reinforcing steel bars are arranged in a reinforcing strip area; and after the steel bars are bound, the range of the post-cast strip is divided through a steel wire mesh, concrete, except a reinforcing plate strip, of the top plate is poured firstly, and after pouring is completed, micro-expansion concrete is poured in the reinforcing plate strip. The post-cast strip part concrete and the main body concrete are integrally cast, so that the construction period is shortened, and meanwhile, the hidden danger of later leakage of a construction joint of the part is avoided.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种替代后浇带的高层住宅膨胀式加强带施工方法,包括模板支设,顶板钢筋铺设、对后浇带范围采用钢丝网进行分割、混凝土浇筑、薄膜覆盖并进行养护、模板及支架的拆除。模板支设采取整体支设方式,原后浇带位置首先按照顶板钢筋规格、间距对底筋进行铺设,铺设完成后,在加强带区域内设置纵横向加强钢筋;钢筋绑扎完成后,对后浇带范围采用钢丝网进行分割,首先对顶板除加强板带外的混凝土进行浇筑,浇筑完成后,加强板带内采用微膨胀混凝土进行浇筑;本发明后浇带部位混凝土与主体混凝土进行整体浇筑,不仅缩短了施工工期,同时也避免了该部位施工缝后期发生渗漏的隐患。
