The problems that the post-cast strip is reserved for a long time, a construction channel is blocked, and the construction difficulty is increased are solved. The expansion type post-cast strip comprises two pre-cast common concrete floor slabs, a post-cast expansive concrete section and a modular finished reinforcement cage, the pre-cast common concrete floor slabs are cast on the two sides of the post-cast expansive concrete section, and the modular finished reinforcement cage is arranged in the post-cast expansive concrete section. Compared with a traditional reinforcing band, the expansion type post-cast strip can be made of common concrete beyond the band width range, shrinkage-compensating concrete is prevented from being adopted for the whole plane, and the manufacturing cost is greatly saved; the adopted modularized finished reinforcement cage can be prefabricated in a factory and spliced on site, a traditional reinforcing band, blocking devices on the two sides of a traditional post-cast strip and top temperature stress steel bars are replaced, the workload of on-site steel bar welding, binding and the like is reduced, and standardized construction is facilitated.
本发明提出了一种适用地上高层建筑的膨胀式后浇带，属于建筑结构技术领域。解决了后浇带长时间保留，阻碍了施工通道，加大了施工难度的问题。该膨胀式后浇带包括两段先浇普通混凝土楼板、后浇筑膨胀混凝土段以及模块化成品钢筋笼，所述后浇筑膨胀混凝土段的两侧浇注有先浇普通混凝土楼板，所述后浇筑膨胀混凝土段内设置有模块化成品钢筋笼。本发明与传统加强带相比，膨胀式后浇带在带宽范围以外采用普通混凝土即可，避免整个平面采用补偿收缩混凝土，大大节约造价；采用的模块化成品钢筋笼可在工厂预制，现场拼装，替代传统加强带、传统后浇带两侧的封挡装置和顶部温度应力钢筋，减小了现场钢筋焊接、绑扎等工作量，有利于标准化施工。
