On a reef far away from the mainland, a conventional method for transporting building materials to the reef from the mainland to build an artificial island is often very difficult. Although some coral reefs can be transformed into artificial islands by adopting a sand blasting island building method, certain basic conditions are needed for sand blasting island building, and the engineering quantity is huge. According to a method for quickly constructing the artificial island on the open sea reef beach, the open sea reef beach can be rapidly transformed into a place where people can live and garrison can be achieved. According to the method, a building site is set on the land and the seaside, floating platform units like ships are built in a unit combination mode, the multiple floating platform units with prefabricated semi-finished product building assemblies and building materials are shipped to a preset reef beach in an offshore power floating mode, the floating platform units are fixed and assembled, the floating platform units are further connected and combined to jointly construct an integral artificial island, and an enclosure wall is constructed for the periphery of the artificial island by using a sand blasting island construction method.
在远离大陆的礁滩上，用常规的方法从大陆运送建筑材料到那里建造人工岛，往往会十分困难。虽然采用喷沙造岛的方法可以将一些珊瑚礁改造成人工岛，但喷沙造岛不仅需要一定的基础性条件，而且工程量巨大。本发明“在远海礁滩上快速建设人工岛的方法”可以将远海礁滩快速改造成能够住人和驻军的地方。这种方法是在陆地海边设立建造场所，以单元组合的方式建造一个个像船一样的漂浮平台单元，通过海上动力漂运的方式，将众多带有预制半成品建筑组件和建筑材料的漂浮平台单元航运到预定礁滩处，进行漂浮平台单元的固定和组装，并进一步将各个漂浮平台单元连接组合，共同构建成整体人工岛，并用喷沙造岛方法，为这种人工岛周边构建围护的“城墙”。
