Method for quickly constructing closed wall
The invention discloses a method for quickly constructing a closed wall. The method comprises the following steps of (1) processing a proper closed bag according to the size of a cross section of a roadway to be closed, and reserving 500 mm surplus in the height and width directions of a wall body for the closed bag; (2) slotting side parts of the roadway to be closed, arranging supporting columns, binding reinforcing meshes, and then hanging the closed bag; and (3) inflating the closed bag to form the closed bag, and starting a double-liquid grouting pump to pump a rapid sealing material into the closed bag to realize gradual filling and sealing. According to the method, the closed bag and the reinforcing meshes are used as template flexible parts, and a single hydraulic prop (or a wooden pillar or a steel pipe) is used as a template rigid part for formwork erecting. After formwork erecting, the closed bag is inflated to form the closed bag, then rapid sealing material slurry is pumped into the closed bag by using a double-liquid grouting machine until the slurry is in full contact with a coal rock layer on the top of the roadway, and good sealing of the roadway is realized by using the micro-expansion performance of the rapid sealing material.
本发明公开一种快速构筑密闭墙的方法，包括以下步骤：(1)根据待密闭巷道的断面大小加工合适的密闭袋，密闭袋在墙体高度和宽度方向留有500mm的富余量；(2)在待密闭巷道帮部掏槽后打设支柱并绑扎钢筋网，然后悬挂密闭袋；(3)对密闭袋充气使其成型，并开启双液注浆泵泵送快速密闭材料至密闭袋内，实现逐步充填密闭。本发明采用密闭袋、钢筋网作为模板柔性部，单体液压支柱(或木柱或钢管)作为模板刚性部进行立模。立模后将密闭袋内充气使其成型，然后使用双液注浆机泵送快速密闭材料浆液至密闭袋内，直至浆液充分接触到巷道顶帮煤岩层，利用快速密闭材料的微膨胀性能，实现巷道良好密闭。
