Hydraulic jacking bearing support and installation method thereof
The invention provides a hydraulic jacking bearing support and an installation method thereof. The support comprises four towers, each tower is formed by vertically connecting a plurality of support sections, a jacking sleeve frame is arranged at the bottom of each tower, the support section on the lowest portion is located in the jacking sleeve frame, hydraulic oil cylinders are arranged on the jacking sleeve frame, and the four hydraulic oil cylinders are connected to an intelligent hydraulic pump station in parallel. When the support is installed, the support sections which are connected into a whole are synchronously jacked through the hydraulic oil cylinders, then one support section is moved into the jacking sleeve frame every time and connected with the upper section in the jacking sleeve frame, and synchronous climbing and section adding of a support body are achieved. By adding sections at the bottom and installing a top bearing beam and a formwork system when the height of the support body is the lowest, the risk of high-altitude operation is reduced; and section adding can be achieved through small equipment such as a simple chain block and a forklift, investment of large hoisting equipment in the support installation process is avoided, and the construction cost can be reduced.
本发明提供一种液压顶升承重支架及其安装方法,支架包括4个塔架,每个塔架由多个支架节段上下连接,每个塔架底部设一顶升套架,最下部的支架节段位于顶升套架内,顶升套架上设液压油缸,4个液压油缸并联至一个智能液压泵站。支架安装时,通过液压油缸同步顶升连接成一体的支架节段,然后每次向顶升套架内移入一个支架节段,并在顶升套架内同上部节段连接,实现架体同步爬升及加节。通过底部加节,并在架体高度最低时安装完成顶部承重梁及模板体系,降低了高空作业的风险;采用简易手拉葫芦、叉车等小型设备即可实现加节,避免了支架安装过程大型吊装设备投入,能降低施工成本。
