The invention discloses a high-water-resistance potassium magnesium phosphate repairing material and a preparation method thereof. The high-water-resistance potassium magnesium phosphate repairing material is prepared from, by weight, 30 parts of magnesium oxide, 25 parts of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.22 parts of borax, 6.6 parts of water and 0.25-1.5 parts of latex powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: putting the magnesium oxide, the potassium dihydrogen phosphate, the borax and the latex powder into a cement mortar stirrer according to the weight parts, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain mixed powder; and adding water into the mixed powder, stirring, putting the mixture into a mold, and demolding after a certain time, namely 15-20 minutes, so as to obtain the high-water-resistance potassium magnesium phosphate repairing material. The high-water-resistance potassium magnesium phosphate repairing material is high in strength and good in water resistance.
