The invention discloses self-compacting lightweight aggregate machine-made sand concrete and a preparation method thereof. The self-compacting lightweight aggregate machine-made sand concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 260 to 300 parts of cement, 120 to 150 parts of fly ash, 80 to 100 parts of admixture, 120 to 150 parts of lightweight aggregate, 360 to 400 parts of machine-made sand, 280 to 330 parts of pottery sand and 10 to 15 parts of water reducing agent. According to the self-compacting lightweight aggregate machine-made sand concrete, the performance of a concrete mixture of the lightweight aggregate can be optimized by pre-wetting the lightweight aggregate, the maximum particle size of the lightweight aggregate is strictly controlled, and the floating phenomenon of the concrete is effectively improved; by adding a composite material in the concrete, the composite material is obtained by magnetically dispersing and compounding the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the pottery sand according to the mass ratio of 4: 1, and after the composite material is applied to the concrete, the toughness of the concrete can be greatly improved, and the dead weight of the concrete can be greatly reduced.
