Self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete, which is characterized by comprising 500 to 550 parts of cement, 250 to 350 parts of fly ash ceramsite, 50 to 150 parts of shale ceramsite, 150 to 250 parts of slag, 50 to 150 parts of clay ceramsite, 30 to 60 parts of silica fume, 200 to 250 parts of water, 10 to 15 parts of a water reducing agent, 1 to 5 parts of a defoaming agent and 10 to 15 parts of a thickening agent. Compared with the prior art, the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete disclosed by the invention has the advantages that a mode of mixing a large amount of lightweight aggregate of industrial waste residues with a small amount of artificial lightweight aggregate is adopted, so that the production cost of the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete is greatly reduced; in the production prcess, the lightweight aggregate of the industrial waste residues and the artificial lightweight aggregate are repeatedly mixed and then are mixed with the cement and the water, so that the influence of the lightweight aggregate of the industrial waste residues on the performance of the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete is reduced.
