The invention discloses a lightweight closed-pore ceramic material prepared from steel slag and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15-35% of steel slag, 15-25% of a high-aluminum raw material and 40-60% of a flux raw material, and the total content of the raw materials is 100%. The invention solves the problems that the product is easy to crack, the production cost is high and the control range is narrow when the formula material is fired in the existing technology for preparing the light closed-pore ceramic material by using the steel slag.
本发明公开了一种利用钢渣制备的轻质闭孔陶瓷材料及其制备方法,该材料由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:钢渣15‑35%,高铝原料15‑25%,熔剂原料40‑60%,上述原料总含量为100%;解决了现有利用钢渣制备轻质闭孔陶瓷材料技术中,产品易产生裂纹、生产成本高以及配方料在烧成时控制范围窄的问题。
