The invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating ash material for a smoke guide hole cover of a coke oven and a preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating ash material, and the problems of serious heat loss and low heat utilization rate of the traditional smoke guide hole cover can be effectively solved. The high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating ash material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 30 parts of polyethylene resin, 25 to 30 parts of silicon dioxide aerogel, 15 to 20 parts of silicon carbide, 10 to 15 parts of aluminum oxide, 10 to 15 parts of an adhesive, 1 to 5 parts of indium oxide, 0.5 to 3 parts of a thickening agent, 0.25 to 0.5 part of a dispersing agent, 0.01 to 0.8 part of a mildew preventive, 0.02 to 1.5 parts of a defoaming agent and 0.01 to 1 part of an anti-settling agent. The material can resist high temperature up to 1300 DEG C, the lowest heat conductivity at the high temperature can reach 0.03 w/m.k, the surface temperature of the smoke guide hole cover can be reduced to about 240 DEG C through application of the high-temperature-resistant heat insulation material, the temperature is reduced by about 30% compared with a traditional smoke guide hole cover without the heat insulation material, the working environment of a coke oven top is improved, the service life of the smoke guide hole cover is prolonged, and the heat utilization rate is increased; and the high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating ash material is an innovation of high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating mortar.
本发明涉及用于焦炉导烟孔盖的耐高温隔热灰料及其制备方法,可有效解决传统导烟孔盖热损失严重,热利用率低的问题,其解决的技术方案是,该耐高温隔热灰料是由以下重量份数计的原料制成:聚乙烯树脂15‑30份、二氧化硅气凝胶25‑30份、碳化硅15‑20份、三氧化二铝10‑15份、粘合剂10‑15份、氧化铟1‑5份、增稠剂0.5‑3份、分散剂0.25‑0.5份、防霉剂0.01‑0.8份、消泡剂0.02‑1.5份和防沉淀剂0.01‑1份;本发明材料耐高温可达1300℃,高温下热导率最低可达0.03w/m.k,通过耐高温隔热材料的运用,降低导烟孔盖的表面温度,可下降到240℃左右,较传统无隔热材料的导烟孔盖温降低30%左右,改善焦炉炉顶的工作环境,提高导烟孔盖的使用寿命,提高热利用率,是耐高温隔热灰料上的创新。
