Preparation method of CaLa2S4 infrared transparent ceramic through high-energy ball milling and SPS sintering
The invention relates to the technical field of new material preparation, in particular to a preparation method of high-energy ball milling and spark plasma sintering (SPS) sintered CaLa2S4 infrared transparent ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing CaS and La2S3 powder according to a certain proportion under the protection of inert gas, and then carrying out high-energy ball milling to obtain CaLa2S4 powder; (2) wrapping the obtained CaLa2S4 powder with graphite paper, and then carrying out spark plasma sintering in a vacuum state; (3) after sintering, polishing the obtained block CaLa2S4 ceramic to obtain the CaLa2S4 infrared transparent ceramic. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, ceramic forming is realized by utilizing high-energy ball milling and spark plasma sintering, and the CaLa2S4 infrared transparent ceramic with high hardness, high transmittance and high corrosion resistance is prepared.
本发明涉及新材料制备的技术领域,具体涉及一种高能球磨+放电等离子烧结(SPS)烧结CaLa2S4红外透明陶瓷的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)惰性气体保护下将CaS和La2S3粉末按一定比例混合后进行高能球磨,得到CaLa2S4粉体;(2)将得到的CaLa2S4粉体用石墨纸包住后在真空状态下进行放电等离子烧结;(3)烧结后,将得到的块体CaLa2S4陶瓷抛光,得到CaLa2S4红外透明陶瓷。本发明的制备方法利用高能球磨与放电等离子烧结实现陶瓷成型,制备出了具有高硬度、高透过率和高耐腐蚀性的CaLa2S4红外透明陶瓷。
