Method for preparing infrared transparent ceramic through pressureless rapid sintering
A method for preparing infrared transparent ceramic through pressureless rapid sintering comprises the steps that firstly, nano powder is pressed to form a ceramic biscuit; the biscuit is put into a muffle furnace and pre-sintered to eliminate internal stress; then the biscuit is put into a spark plasma sintering furnace; spark plasma rapid sintering is started without applying external pressure; and after sintering is finished, the biscuit is cooled and taken out, and a sample is annealed to obtain compact nanocrystal infrared transparent ceramic. The density of the obtained ceramic sample is higher than 95%, the crystalline grain size is smaller than 250 nm, and the ceramic sample has good optical performance and mechanical performance.
一种无压快速烧结制备红外透明陶瓷的方法,首先将纳米粉体压制成型为陶瓷素坯,将素坯放入马弗炉中预烧消除内应力,然后将素坯放入放电等离子烧结炉,不施加外加压力开始放电等离子快速烧结,烧结结束后降温取出,将样品进行退火处理,即制得致密纳米晶粒的红外透明陶瓷,所得陶瓷样品的致密度高于95%,晶粒尺寸小于250nm,具有较好的光学性能和力学性能。
