The invention discloses an aluminum-silicon castable added with sinking beads and a preparation method thereof. The treatment method comprises the following specific steps: according to the aluminum-silicon castable added with the sinking beads and the preparation method thereof, the raw materials of the product prepared in the first step mainly comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 40-52% of calcium aluminate cement, 0-12% of sinking beads, 2-6% of silica powder and 40-50% of perlite, and the second step comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly dry-mixing 40-52% of calcium aluminate cement, 0-12% of sinking beads, 2-6% of silica powder and 40-50% of perlite according to corresponding parts by mass, and (3) adding a proper amount of water into the stirrer, and stirring for 5 minutes to form slurry. The sinking beads can be used for replacing silica fume, the cost is saved, the industrial waste fly ash is recycled, the energy is saved, the thermal conductivity of the aluminum-silicon castable is effectively reduced by the added sinking beads, under the condition that the industrial strength standard is met, the cement consumption is reduced, the construction water demand is reduced, and the optimization of the high-temperature performance of the castable is facilitated.
