The invention discloses a preparation method of the carbon-carbon or carbon-ceramic plate preform, further discloses a plate preform manufactured by the carbon-carbon or carbon-ceramic composite material and obtained through the preparation method, and further discloses a carbon-carbon or carbon-ceramic composite material product obtained by vapor deposition or liquid deposition or a combination method of vapor deposition and liquid deposition of the preform obtained by the preparation method. The method has the beneficial effects that a carrier plate is high in density, has good oxidation resistance and insulation performance, reduces erosion of gas phase components in the using process and corrosion in the acid pickling process, has good metal and water ion diffusion masking capacity and is good in chemical stability.
本发明涉及一种碳碳或碳陶板材预制体及其制品以及制备方法,其特征在于,包括一种碳碳或碳陶板材预制体制备方法;还包括一种用于碳碳或碳陶复合材料制作的板材预制体,采用上述制备方法获得;还包括一种用上述制备方法获得预制体经过气相沉积或液相沉积或两者组合方法获得碳碳或碳陶复合材料制品。本发明的有益效果在于:载板的致密度高,具有良好的抗氧化和绝缘性能,减少使用过程中气相成分的侵蚀和酸洗过程中的腐蚀,同时具有良好的掩蔽金属和水离子扩散的能力,化学稳定性良好。
