The invention relates to a multi-pier ship collision prevention device which can effectively resist collision of ships or drifts, protect pier structures, effectively resist the corrosion effect under water flow erosion and prolong the service life of the device. The multi-pier ship collision prevention device comprises steel jacket boxes (2) arranged on the peripheries of a plurality of adjacent piers (4). The device further comprises a basalt fiber concrete plate (1). The basalt fiber concrete plate (1) is integrally poured on the outer side of the steel jacket box (2). As an improvement, the device further comprises a steel floating barrel (3) arranged between every two adjacent piers (4). The steel floating barrel (3) is vertically placed and is in a barrel shape with two closed ends, the left side and the right side of the steel floating barrel abut against the side walls of the two adjacent piers (4) respectively, and the front side and the rear side of the steel floating barrel are fixedly connected with the steel jacket box (2) respectively.
