The invention discloses a pedestrian overpass pier vehicle collision prevention device based on machine vision intelligent steering. The pedestrian overpass pier vehicle collision prevention device comprises an image processing device, an image shooting device, a driving motor and a rotating assembly. The rotating assembly comprises a rotating cylinder and an external anti-collision device which are fixedly connected through a vertical insertion column. A large gear is fixed to the top of the rotating cylinder and engaged with a small gear fixed to the lower portion of the driving motor. The driving motor drives the external anti-collision device to rotate through transmission of the small gear and the large gear and guides the vehicle to deviate towards the two sides after collision. The rotating cylinder and the external anti-collision device rotate around the pier through cooperation of the rolling ball. Intelligent machine vision is combined, the rotating angle of an anti-collision facility is intelligently calculated through a machine, a rotatable external anti-collision device is designed, the angle between the vehicle collision direction and the collided face of the anti-collision device is changed, the vehicle is guided to deviate, and the effects of reducing the vehicle collision force and prolonging the collision action time are achieved.
