Downward moving formwork dismantling method and device
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge erection, in particular to a descending type movable formwork dismantling method and device. The method comprises the following steps: moving the front guide end of a movable formwork longitudinally into a bridge opening, and lowering and dismounting the front guide end of the movable formwork in the bridge opening; moving the remaining part of the movable formwork longitudinally into the bridge opening, and lowering and dismounting the remaining part of the movable formwork in the bridge opening. The device comprises a supporting and sliding device used for sequentially supporting and longitudinally moving the front guide end and the remaining part of the movable formwork into a bridge opening; and the overall lowering device is used for sequentially lowering the front guide end and the remaining part to set positions so as to facilitate disassembly. The method can effectively solve the problems that in-situ dismantling of a movable formwork is not needed, the equipment investment is large, the construction period is long and the risk is high in the prior art.
本发明涉及桥梁架设技术领域,具体涉及一种下行式移动模架拆除方法及装置,该方法包括以下步骤:纵移移动模架的前导端至桥孔内,在桥孔内下放并拆除移动模架的前导端;纵移移动模架的剩余部分至桥孔内,在桥孔内下放并拆除移动模架的剩余部分。该装置包括:支撑滑移装置,其用于依次支撑并纵移所述移动模架的前导端和剩余部分至桥孔内;还包括整体下放装置,其用于依次下放所述前导端和剩余部分至设定位置以便拆除。该方法能够有效解决现有技术中移动模架费原位拆除,设备投入大,工期长以及风险高的问题。
