The method comprises the following steps of (1) mounting a base support; (2) pouring concrete to a gate wall bottom plate; (3) assembling floating bollard embedded parts; (4) mounting first assembly sections of the floating bollard embedded parts; (5) mounting upper floating bollard embedded parts; (6) performing stand-up form storage; (7) performing concrete pouring; (8) removing inner supports; and (9) performing polishing and anti-corrosion operations on floating bollard embedded part welding points. Through the adoption of the method, the problems that in the prior art, the construction period is long, and other construction operations are influenced, are solved, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
