The invention relates to a reinforcing device for a soil body around an offshore wind power suction cylinder. The reinforcing device comprises in-cylinder stiffening strips, drainage strips, out-cylinder stiffening strips, soil retaining layers, drainage layers and drainage holes, and is characterized in that the in-cylinder stiffening strips are welded on the inner wall of the suction cylinder and are uniformly distributed along the cylinder wall; the out-cylinder stiffening strips are welded on the outer wall of the suction cylinder, are uniformly distributed along the cylinder wall and correspond to the in-cylinder stiffening strips in position; the drainage strips are welded to the bottom of a top cover of the suction cylinder and are distributed in an outward radiation mode with the center axis of the suction cylinder as the original point, and inner channels of the drainage strips are correspondingly communicated and connected with inner channels of the in-cylinder stiffening strips to form drainage channels. The reinforcing devices are uniformly arranged along the cylinder wall and are uniformly distributed from the mud surface to the cylinder bottom, so that the consolidation drainage path of the soil body around the cylinder is greatly shortened, and the drainage efficiency of the soil body around the cylinder is effectively improved; and after drainage consolidation of the soil body around the cylinder, the strength and deformation modulus of the soil body are both improved, and it is verified that beneficial effects are generated on the bearing capacity and deformation of the suction cylinder.
