The invention relates to noise reduction structure assembling, in particular to an assembly type building noise reduction structure and an assembling device thereof. The noise reduction structure comprises a rectangular damping frame and a framework which is fixedly connected to the inner end of the damping frame and divides the damping frame into a plurality of areas; and the areas are filled with plate-shaped sound insulation materials. The assembling device comprises transporting and adjusting assemblies; each transporting and adjusting assembly comprises a bearing plate, a shaft fixedly connected to one side of the lower end of the bearing plate, a shaft seat I rotationally connected with the shaft, and a gear motor I, wherein the shaft and an output shaft of the gear motor I are each fixedly connected with a gear, and the two gears are in meshing transmission; the two transporting and adjusting assemblies are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode, and the two shafts are arranged away from each other; and the assembling device further comprises a supporting plate used for fixedly connecting the shaft seats I and the gear motors I.
