The invention discloses a platform door with noise reduction and ventilation functions, and relates to the field of platform door systems. The platform door comprises a base, the base is fixed to an upper cross beam of a platform door top box, a noise reduction air valve is fixedly mounted on the base, and the noise reduction air valve is connected with a civil engineering beam through an upper fixing plate and an anchor bolt. A fixing plate is arranged on the upper part of the noise reduction air valve, a mounting hole is formed in the fixing plate, and the mounting hole is connected with the civil engineering beam through the anchor bolt. The noise reduction air valve is mounted on the platform door, opening and closing of the air valve can be adjusted according to outdoor conditions, and then the communication or isolation function of a rail-mounted area and a platform public area is achieved. When the noise reduction air valve is opened and train piston air is used for ventilation of a station public area, multi-row noise reduction valve plates form an impedance composite silencer, noise generated by a train can be effectively controlled, when the noise reduction air valve is closed, the rail-mounted area and the station public area can be completely isolated, the influence of the piston air on the station public area is controlled, and compared with single-row valve plates, the multi-row noise reduction valve plates has better sealing performance.
