The invention discloses a production system and a production method of a chopped fiber felt, belonging to the technical field of inorganic non-metallic materials. The production system comprises a material mixing device, a heating device, a tank furnace wire drawing device, an infiltration wire collecting device and a chopped fiber felt forming device. The production method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing glass fiber raw materials through the material mixing device, pneumatically conveying the mixed glass fiber raw materials to the tank furnace wire drawing device, heating the tank furnace wire drawing device through a heating device to melt the raw materials, performing wire drawing molding to obtain glass fiber strands, coating the surfaces of the glass fiber strands with an impregnating compound, and collecting the strands to obtain a strand cake; and then cutting off the strand cake through the chopped fiber felt forming device, conducting forming in a settling chamber, scattering a binder, and carrying out drying to obtain the chopped fiber felt. All the raw materials in the chopped fiber felt act together, so the prepared chopped fiber felt not only has better tensile strength, but also has higher elastic modulus.
本发明公开了一种短切纤维毡的生产系统及生产方法，属于无机非金属材料技术领域。上述生产系统包括：混料装置、加热装置、池窑拉丝装置和浸润集丝装置以及短切纤维毡成型装置；通过混料装置将玻璃纤维原料混合均匀，并通过气力输送至池窑拉丝装置，并通过加热装置对池窑拉丝装置进行加热，使得原料熔融，然后拉丝成型，得到玻璃纤维原丝，然后在表面涂覆浸润剂，集丝后得到原丝饼；然后通过短切纤维毡成型装置对原丝饼进行切断，然后再沉降室成型，撒上粘结剂，烘干后即可得到短切纤维毡。本发明的短切纤维毡中各原料共同作用，使得制备的短切纤维毡不仅具有较好的抗拉强度，还具有较高的弹性模量。
