The invention relates to the technical field of coiled material floors, and provides a novel industrial polymer coiled material floor, which comprises a UV coating layer, a PVC layer and a fiber mesh cloth layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The PVC layer is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 20 to 30 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 to 20 parts of diisononyl phthalate, 3 to 5 parts of 2-aminoethanethiol sodium p-toluenesulfonate, 0.5 to 1 part of thiazole-4-formamide, 1 to 2 parts of barium-zinc liquid stabilizer and 1 to 2 parts of inorganic pigment. Through the technical scheme, the problem of poor aging resistance of the PVC coiled material in the prior art is solved.
本发明涉及卷材地板技术领域,提出了一种新型工业高分子卷材地板,包括从上到下依次设置的UV涂料层、PVC层、纤维网布层;其中PVC层的原料按照重量份包括以下组分:聚氯乙烯树脂40~50份,碳酸钙20~30份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯10~20份,2‑氨基乙硫醇对甲苯磺酸钠3~5份,噻唑‑4‑甲酰胺0.5~1份,钡锌液体安定剂1~2份,无机颜料1~2份。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的PVC卷材耐老化性能差的问题。
