The invention discloses a negative oxygen ion industrial coiled material floor and a preparation method thereof.The coiled material floor is of a layered structure and sequentially comprises a negative oxygen ion surface layer, a reinforcing layer and a bottom layer from top to bottom; the negative oxygen ion surface layer is transparent and is formed by curing a negative oxygen ion coating; the negative oxygen ion coating consists of a component A and a component B in a weight ratio of 100: (50-80), the component A comprises epoxy resin, a diluent, a negative oxygen ion agent, a coupling agent, a wear-resistant filler, an anti-settling agent, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and a flatting agent; and the component B is a curing agent. According to the invention, the dissolvable powder negative oxygen ion agent with a proper particle size is introduced for compounding and combination, and is compounded with the epoxy resin and the auxiliary agent, so that the surface negative oxygen ion layer with transparency is obtained, and the industrial coiled material floor with high negative oxygen ion performance, good wear resistance and long service life is obtained.
本发明公开了一种负氧离子工业卷材地板及其制备方法,该卷材地板为层状结构,从上至下依次包括负氧离子表面层、增强层和底层;所述负氧离子表面层呈透明状,由负氧离子涂料固化后形成;负氧离子涂料由重量比为100:50~80的A组分和B组分组成;A组分的组成为环氧树脂,稀释剂,负氧离子剂,偶联剂,耐磨填料,防沉剂,分散剂,消泡剂,流平剂;B组分为固化剂。本发明引入可溶解性和合适粒径的粉体负氧离子剂进行复配组合,在与环氧树脂、助剂复配,获得表面具有透明度的表面负氧离子层,具有负氧离子性能高、耐磨性好、使用寿命长的工业卷材地板。
