The invention discloses a frame-suspended pile supporting structure system for protecting a subway tunnel and a construction method of the frame-suspended pile supporting structure system, and belongs to the technical field of foundation pit excavation and reinforcement. The construction method comprises the steps that when a soil body in a foundation pit area is excavated, the soil body, 50 meters away from the subway area, is excavated firstly, then foundation pit support double-row piles are piled at the position 20-25 meters away from a subway in advance according to specific conditions, and structures such as inner and outer side waist beams and transverse and longitudinal supports are matched to support the area around the subway; and then the soil body outside the subway tunnel foundation pit support double-row piles and within 50 meters is excavated in a layered and partitioned mode. According to the other excavation working condition, excavation unloading is directly carried out over the subway, foundation pit support double-row piles are driven, the stability of the foundation pit in the excavation process can be guaranteed, lateral deformation of the soil body can be limited, and therefore lateral deformation of the subway tunnel is reduced. The structure is a whole, the pile bodies work cooperatively, the rigidity of the pile bodies is enhanced, and differential settlement is reduced.
