The invention discloses a supporting frame with a movable suspended beam and a using method thereof.The supporting frame comprises a supporting unit frame, an adjustable base and an adjustable top seat, the adjustable base and the adjustable top seat are installed at the bottom and the top of the supporting unit frame, the adjustable top seat comprises an upper threaded rod, the movable suspended beam, a tooth groove joint, an upper limiting nut and a tooth groove beam, and the upper threaded rod is connected to the top of the supporting unit frame; the upper threaded rod is sleeved with the tooth groove joint, the upper limiting nut is in threaded connection with the upper threaded rod and arranged below the tooth groove joint, the tooth groove beam is connected with the tooth groove joint, and the end of the movable hanging beam is hung on the tooth groove beam. According to the movable suspended beam and the using method thereof, the movable suspended beam is combined with an existing tooth groove beam structure and the using method thereof, so that a supporting system under the beam is more compact, transverse short secondary keels are prevented from being placed under the beam, the span of laying the secondary keels along the beam is reduced, the using amount of the secondary keels is reduced, and meanwhile the using amount of materials of the supporting system under the beam is reduced; and the construction procedures are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种带活动挂梁的支撑架及其使用方法,包括支撑单元架和安装在支撑单元架底部和顶部的可调底座和可调顶座,可调顶座包括上螺纹杆、活动挂梁、齿槽节点、上限位螺母和齿槽梁,上螺纹杆连接在支撑单元架的顶部,齿槽节点套接在上螺纹杆上,上限位螺母与上螺纹杆螺纹连接且设置在齿槽节点的下方,齿槽梁与齿槽节点连接,活动挂梁的端部挂接在所述齿槽梁上。本发明的活动挂梁及其使用方法,通过活动挂梁与现有齿槽梁结构及其使用方法相结合,使梁下支撑系统更为紧凑,避免梁下搁置横向较短次龙骨,减小顺梁铺设次龙骨的跨度,在减少次龙骨使用量的同时降低梁下支撑系统材料使用量,并且减少施工工序,提高了施工效率。
