Superfine tailing-based cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a superfine tailing-based cementing material which comprises 40-50 parts of composite modified ultrafine tailing powder particles, 10-15 parts of calcium carbonate ultrafine powder, 12-18 parts of cement clinker, 5-9 parts of desulfurized gypsum and 3-5 parts of an early strength agent, wherein the composite modified superfine tailing powder particles are obtained by carrying out superfine grinding on tailing raw materials and then carrying out surface treatment by using a surface modifier. In the superfine tailing-based cementing material disclosed by the invention, the added composite modified superfine tailing powder particles and calcium carbonate superfine powder are superfine powder with high specific surface area and high hydration activity, and when the composite modified superfine tailing powder particles and the calcium carbonate superfine powder are jointly used as a cement admixture, the compressive strength of cement can be effectively improved, and the porosity can be reduced; and meanwhile, the superfine tailing powder particles subjected to composite modification treatment can effectively stabilize and solidify harmful substances such as heavy metal and soluble salt in the material, and leaching hazards are eliminated.
本发明涉及一种超细尾矿基胶凝材料,包括复合改性超细尾矿粉体颗粒40‑50份、碳酸钙超细粉体10‑15份、水泥熟料12‑18份、脱硫石膏5‑9份以及早强剂3‑5份;其中,所述复合改性超细尾矿粉体颗粒由尾矿原料在超细微粉碎后,经表面改性剂进行表面处理得到。在本发明所述的超细尾矿基胶凝材料中,所添加的复合改性超细尾矿粉体颗粒以及碳酸钙超细粉末是一种高比表面积、高水化活性的超细粉体,将其共同作为水泥掺料时,可以有效提高水泥的抗压强度,降低孔隙率;同时,经过复合改性处理的超细尾矿粉体颗粒还可以有效稳定固化材料中的重金属、易溶盐等有害物质,消除浸出危害。
