Metal tailing cementing material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a metal tailing cementing material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-100 parts of metal tailings, 0.1-30 parts of cementing material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; and (2) mixing and grinding the metal tailings and a cementing material, and sieving to obtain the metal tailings. The content of clinker used by the cementing material does not exceed 50%, a large amount of metal tailings stacked into a mountain can be consumed, and the effect of turning waste into wealth is achieved; the preparation method disclosed by the invention is a low-cost grinding process and can be directly used without calcining, so that the production cost is reduced; and the special cementing material for foam concrete prepared by the technical scheme of the invention has low hydration heat, can be used for continuous construction, and avoids the problem of low efficiency of layered construction in traditional construction.
