The invention discloses a rapid preparation method of AlON transparent ceramic, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic powder preparation. The process comprises the steps of 1, weighing a water-soluble aluminum salt, an organic fuel, a water-soluble organic matter and metal nitrate, pouring a proper amount of deionized water, and stirring to prepare a mixed solution; 2, carrying out combustion reaction at the temperature of 200-600 DEG C to obtain a precursor mixture of Al2O3 and C; 3, enabling the precursor to be subjected to a firing reaction in the nitrogen atmosphere at the temperature of 1200-1700 DEG C, and obtaining mixed powder of Al2O3 and AlN. 4, decarbonizing the fired powder, pouring into a graphite mold, and pressurizing. 5, putting the graphite mold into a discharge plasma sintering furnace, heating and pressurizing in a nitrogen atmosphere, and keeping the temperature for 1-30 minutes; and 6, calcining the fired ceramic, and removing carbon. The light transmittance of the sintered transparent ceramic can reach 75%, the grain size ranges from 1 micrometer to 200 micrometers, and the Vickers hardness ranges from 15.6 GPa to 17.1 GPa. Combustion synthesis has the advantage of self heat release, and the released heat can maintain the reaction. The reaction time is short, the efficiency is high, and the obtained powder is large in specific surface area and high in reaction activity.
一种AlON透明陶瓷的快速制备方法,属于陶瓷粉体制备技术领域。工艺过程为:1、称取水溶性铝盐、有机燃料、水溶性有机物、以及金属硝酸盐倒入适量去离子水,搅拌制取混合溶液。2、在200‑600℃的温度下发生燃烧反应后得到Al2O3和C的前驱混合物。3、将前驱物于1200‑1700℃的氮气气氛中烧制反应得到Al2O3和AlN的混合粉体。4、将烧制后的粉体除碳后倒入石墨模具中加压。5、将石墨模具放入放电等离子烧结炉中在氮气氛围下,升温、加压。保温1‑30min。6、烧制后的陶瓷再煅烧、除碳。烧结后的透明陶瓷透光率可达75%,晶粒尺寸在1‑200μm之间,维氏硬度为15.6‑17.1GPa。燃烧合成具有自放热的优点,释放的热量可以维持反应。且反应时间短,效率高,获得的粉体比表面积大、反应活性高。
