AlON transparent ceramic low-temperature corrosion method
The invention provides an AlON transparent ceramic low-temperature corrosion method which comprises the following steps: 1) AlON transparent ceramic sintering: firstly, uniformly mixing Al2O3 powder, AlN powder and a sintering aid, then putting the mixture into a graphite mold, then putting the graphite mold into spark plasma sintering equipment for high-temperature sintering, and after sintering is completed, cooling along with a furnace to obtain an AlON transparent ceramic sample; (2) grinding and polishing the surface of the AlON transparent ceramic, namely grinding an AlON transparent ceramic sample by using a coarse-to-fine diamond abrasive disc, and then coating diamond polishing paste by using polishing lint for polishing until the mirror surface is bright; (3) chemical corrosion of the AlON transparent ceramic: putting the AlON transparent ceramic sample into a reaction container containing strong phosphoric acid, and starting to corrode; immersing the sample into clear water after corrosion, taking out, and washing with a large amount of flowing clear water; the method is simple and safe to operate, low in energy consumption and short in required time, and the corroded AlON transparent ceramic is obvious in grain and clear in grain boundary.
本发明提供一种AlON透明陶瓷低温腐蚀方法,包括以下步骤:1)AlON透明陶瓷烧结:先将Al2O3粉、AlN粉以及烧结助剂均匀混合后装入石墨模具中,再将石墨模具置于放电等离子烧结设备中进行高温烧结,烧结完成后随炉冷却,得到AlON透明陶瓷样品;2)AlON透明陶瓷表面打磨与抛光:将AlON透明陶瓷样品用从粗至细的金刚石砂盘打磨后,再使用抛光绒布,涂覆上金刚石抛光膏进行抛光,直至镜面光亮;3)AlON透明陶瓷化学腐蚀:将AlON透明陶瓷样品置于盛有浓磷酸的反应容器中开始腐蚀;腐蚀完成后将样品浸入清水中,之后取出用大量流动清水冲洗。本发明操作简单,安全、能耗小,所需时间短,腐蚀出的AlON透明陶瓷晶粒明显,晶界清晰。
