The invention discloses a boron nitride-based ceramic welding sealing component and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of metallized ceramic processing. The boron nitride-based ceramic welding sealing component comprises a ceramic substrate and a metallization layer, wherein the ceramic substrate is prepared from an inorganic fiber-boron nitride three-dimensional net-shaped substrate, yttrium oxide, silicon oxide, titanium oxide, an additive, a binder, a dispersing agent and other raw materials. The component is prepared by the steps of preparation of the inorganic fiber-boron nitride three-dimensional net-shaped substrate, mixing, granulating, sintering for a first time, sintering for a second time and the like. The metallization layer comprises the following raw materials: of titanium powder, tungsten powder, molybdenum oxide, boric oxide, aluminum oxide and an organic binding agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the boron nitride-based ceramic welding sealing component composed of the metallization layer and the ceramic substrate. The boron-nitride-based ceramic welding sealing component provided by the invention has high density and tensile strength, and has excellent tensile strength, toughness and high temperature resistance.
