Coating material, preparation method thereof and application of coating material in marine concrete surface protection
The invention discloses a coating material as well as a preparation method and application thereof in marine concrete surface protection. The method comprises the following steps: adding a penetrant, a silane coupling agent, a surfactant and a resin material into an organic solvent, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution; and mixing the mixed solution with the lamellar silicate material, stirring, and then carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain the coating material. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting a lamellar silicate material with high specific surface area and high length-diameter ratio, and then compounding the lamellar silicate material with a low-viscosity and high-permeability resin material to form a stable protection system for concrete engineering surface protection. The coating material has the following characteristics that the resin material has high permeability and can permeate into concrete to form a rooting effect on the surface of the concrete, and the layered material can be stably dispersed in the low-viscosity resin material and can be spread and stacked in the permeation process of the resin material to form a three-dimensional protective structure.
本发明公开了一种涂层材料及其制备方法与在海工混凝土表面防护中的应用。该方法包括:将渗透剂、硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂、树脂材料加入有机溶剂中,搅拌处理,得到混合液;将混合液与片层状硅酸盐材料混合,搅拌处理,接着进行超声处理,得到该涂层材料。该方法首先通过选用高比表面积,高长径比的片层状硅酸盐材料,再将其与低粘度,高渗透性的树脂材料进行复合,形成一种用于混凝土工程表面防护稳定防护体系。该涂层材料具有以下特点:树脂材料具有高渗透性能够渗透到混凝土内部,在混凝土表面形成根植的效果,层状材料能够在低粘度树脂材料中稳定分散,同时在树脂材料渗透的过程中能够铺展堆叠形成一种立体式防护结构。
