The coating material comprises: a base spacer for sealing a coating material and a base liquid material, wherein the coating material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 29 parts of polymethyl methacrylate powder, 15 to 22.5 parts of ceramic closed-cell microbeads, 2 to 5 parts of an infrared reflecting agent, 8 to 15 parts of acrylic acid nano microemulsion, 1 to 5 parts of a pigment, 0.3 to 1.5 parts of a thickening agent, 0.7 to 2 parts of an aid and 1 part of light magnesium oxide powder, and the base liquid material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 to 10 parts of titanium dioxide powder, 1 to 6 parts of aerogel particles and 5 to 10 parts of acrylate adhesive emulsion. According to the invention, the heat insulation coating material is convenient to construct, free of pollution, good in cracking resistance, excellent in long-term comprehensive protection performance, remarkable in energy-saving effect, good in durability, low in cost and suitable for heat insulation of various house buildings.
