The invention relates to a reserving method of an aluminum alloy formwork tie bar. The reserving method is simple and reliable, and compared with a tie bar post-planting method, the strength can be effectively improved. In the use process, only one end of a built-in rib needs to be fixed to a main frame rib, the other end of the built-in rib is exposed out of the outer side of an aluminum alloy formwork by only 15 cm, convenience is provided for dismantling of the aluminum alloy formwork, and a foundation is provided for reserving of the tie bar; and in addition, the built-in rib and an external rib are welded to form the tie bar, and the welding position is coated with rust-proof materials, so that the tie bar meets the strength requirement of secondary structure masonry, the durability is effectively improved, and the service life is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种铝合金模板拉结筋的预留方法,本发明的预留方法简单可靠,相比于后植拉结筋的方法强度能够得到有效提升;使用时只需将内置筋的一端部固定在主框架筋上,另一端部仅外露15cm于铝合金模板的外侧,既为铝合金模板的拆除提供了便利,又为拉结筋的预留提供了基础;另外再将内置筋与外接筋相焊接构成拉结筋,并在焊接处涂刷防锈材料,使拉结筋达到二次结构砌筑的强度要求,有效地提高耐久性延长使用寿命。
