The invention provides a floor hole reserving and blocking method and structure and a formwork frame. The structure comprises a plurality of first plane formworks, switching formworks, pre-embedded assemblies, steel bars, second plane formworks and supporting rods, the first plane formworks are spliced to form a pouring plane with a hole, the switching formworks are spliced along the edge of the hole, each switching formwork is provided with a stop face, the stop faces are perpendicular to the pouring plane, and the pre-embedded assemblies are arranged between the first plane formworks and the second plane formworks.
