The invention relates to an installation and construction method for pasting an outer wall EPS insulation board. An insulation board installation and construction device is adopted in the installation and construction method for pasting the outer wall EPS insulation board, and comprises a movable rack, a movable lifting mechanism, a grinding rack and a grinding mechanism. According to the installation and construction method, the following problems can be solved that a, upon completion of installation of traditional outer wall EPS insulation boards, the interior of a gap between the outer wall EPS insulation boards usually needs to be glued; since uneven positions possibly exist between the gaps in the pasting installation and construction process of the outer wall EPS insulation boards, the height difference exists between the outer wall EPS insulation boards, and the gluing effect of the outer wall EPS insulation boards is influenced by the height difference; b, in the grinding process of the traditional outer wall EPS insulation boards, the gaps between the outer wall EPS insulation boards are ground only through single-time polishing by grinding equipment, the effect that the heights of the two sides of the gaps are consistent cannot be achieved through single-time polishing for the gaps with the large height difference, and consequently the grinding effect is poor; and the subsequent gluing effect is affected.
