The premix material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-85 parts of dry powder A, 10-15 parts of slurry B and 6-8 parts of toughening material C. In the using process, the dry powder A and the slurry B are sequentially poured into a stirring device and stirred for 2 minutes, then the toughening material C is added, and the mixture can be applied after being continuously stirred for 2 minutes. The application problems that the ratio design is difficult to be accurate, the dispersion is difficult to control and the like in the construction process of the existing ultrahigh-strength cement-based materials such as UHPC can be solved, and the material has the characteristics of convenience and rapidness in application, good construction performance, stable strength, good durability and the like, and can be widely applied to engineering such as reinforcement and repair of key parts such as bridges, buildings and the like.
