Preparation and forming process of high-strength and high-durability cement-based material
The invention discloses a preparation and forming process of a high-strength and high-durability cement-based material. The process comprises the following steps of 1) designing, manufacturing and mounting a mold; (2) spraying a release agent; 3) mixing and dispersing raw material powder; (4) preparing slurry; (5) adding toughening fibers; 6) performing stirring and dispersing in vacuum; (7) performing spiral and directional extruding and pouring; and (8) performing forming and maintaining. The process can effectively solve the process problems that the high-strength and high-durability cement-based material represented by UHPC is thick in slurry, too many air holes exist in the pouring forming process, fibers are difficult to uniformly and directionally disperse, and the like widely existing in the high-strength and high-durability cement-based material represented by the UHPC. The process can be widely applied to preparation of components such as high-strength cement-based plates and profiles. The mechanical property and durability of the material prepared by the process are obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种高强度高耐久水泥基材料制备及其成型工艺，包括以下步骤：1）模具的设计、制作、安装；2）脱模剂的喷涂；3）原材料粉体的混合分散；4）浆体的制备；5）增韧纤维的添加；6）真空搅拌分散；7）螺旋定向挤压浇筑；8）成型及养护。所述工艺能有效解决以UHPC为代表的高强高耐久水泥基材料广泛存在的浆体粘稠、浇筑成型过程中气孔过多、纤维难以均匀定向分散等工艺难题。可广泛应用于高强水泥基板材、型材等构件的制备。采用前述工艺制备的材料力学性能和耐久性能明显提升。
