Hot-state repairing material for kiln and using method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of refractory materials for kiln repairing, in particular to a hot-state repairing material for a kiln and a using method thereof. Materials such as metallic silicon, metallic aluminum and potassium feldspar are added, and refractory materials with silicon or aluminum as the main component, such as mullite, silicon carbide and waste silica brick sand, are optionally added. The preparation process of the hot-state repairing material is simple. The using method comprises the following steps of: cooling a kiln to 800-1200 DEG C; and then within 5-8 min, pouring the hot-state repairing material to a to-be-repaired part of the kiln by using a tool, uniformly distributing and compacting the material, or conveying the hot-state repairing material to the to-be-repaired part of the kiln by using a high-pressure oxygen pump, thus completing repairing. The repair time is short; the efficiency is high; the kiln does not need to shut down; the repair material can be firmly combined with the kiln body; the repair effects of plugging, filling and the like can be achieved; air leakage, air channeling, material leakage and the like in the production process are prevented; the production efficiency of the kiln is greatly improved; and the service life of the kiln is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及窑炉修补用耐火材料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种窑炉用的热态修补料及其使用方法,包括加入金属硅、金属铝、钾长石等材料,其余可选性地加入以硅或铝为主要成分的耐火材料,包括莫来石、碳化硅、废硅砖砂等,且该热态修补料制备工艺简单。使用时,先将窑炉降温至800℃~1200℃;然后在5~8min内,使用工具将所述热态修补料倒至窑炉待修补部位、布料均匀并拍实,或用高压氧气泵送所述热态修补料至窑炉待修补部位即可完成修补作业。修补时间短、效率高,且不用停炉,同时可实现修补料与窑炉本体牢固结合,达到封堵、填充等修补作用,防止生产过程中漏气、窜风或漏料等,大大提高窑炉的生产效率和使用寿命。
