Kiln mouth rapid repairing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a rapid kiln mouth repairing material and a preparation method thereof. During preparation of the kilneye rapid repairing material, the raw materials used in parts by mass are as follows: 50-55 parts of special grade bauxite clinker particles, 5-10 parts of brown aluminum oxide particles, 3.5-10 parts of alpha-aluminum oxide micro powder, 10-15 parts of silicon carbide micro powder, 2-3 parts of a high-purity polymer binder, 2-3 parts of a coagulant and 2-3 parts of an inorganic cementing agent. The method for preparing the kiln mouth rapid repairing material from the raw materials specifically comprises the following steps: a, adding the prepared special-grade bauxite clinker particles and brown aluminum oxide particles into a wet mill, and mixing the special-grade bauxite clinker particles and the brown aluminum oxide particles; b, adding an inorganic cementing agent into the uniformly mixed mixture in the step a, mixing and grinding for 3-5 minutes, adding a binding agent, a coagulation accelerator, alpha-aluminum oxide micro powder and silicon carbide powder, mixing and grinding, and discharging the primary material; and c, ageing the materials for 20-24 hours after the materials are discharged from the mill for the first time, and discharging the final materials after the materials are mixed and milled for the second time. The problems that an existing kilneye repairing material is poor in thermal shock resistance and volume stability, and ignition operation cannot be conducted in time after construction repairing is completed are solved.
