The invention discloses a method for preparing ceramsite from sludge-based biochar. The method comprises the following steps: selecting sludge-based biochar and loess as raw materials; grinding the sludge-based biochar and loess into powder, screening and drying for later use; uniformly mixing the ground and dried sludge-based biochar and loess according to a weight ratio of 1: (1-6) to obtain a raw material; granulating the uniformly mixed raw material to prepare raw material particles with the particle size of 0.5-1cm; dividing the sintering into three stages, wherein the first stage is a low-temperature drying stage, the second stage is a medium-temperature preheating stage, and the third stage is a high-temperature sintering stage. The invention provides the method for preparing the ceramsite by using the sludge-based biochar generated by pyrolyzing and carbonizing 80% of sludge of a municipal sewage treatment plant, large-scale comprehensive utilization of the sludge-based biochar is realized, the sludge is subjected to waste reutilization, and a good solution is provided for terminal product application of sludge pyrolyzing and carbonizing.
本发明公开了一种污泥基生物炭制备陶粒的方法,选用污泥基生物炭和黄土作为原料;将污泥基生物炭和黄土研磨成粉,筛分后烘干备用;将研磨干燥后的污泥基生物炭和黄土按照重量比为1:1‑6的比例,混合均匀生料;将混合均匀生料进行造粒,制成粒径为0.5‑1cm的生料颗粒;烧制分为三个阶段,第一阶段为低温烘干阶段,第二阶段为中温预热阶段,第三阶段为高温烧结阶段。本发明提供了一种利用城镇污水处理厂80%的污泥经过热解炭化产生的污泥基生物炭制备陶粒的方法,实现了污泥基生物炭的大规模综合利用,将污泥进行废物再利用,为污泥热解炭化的终端产品应用提供了良好的解决方案。
