The invention relates to a preparation method of a spherical geopolymer with a high aperture ratio and a hierarchical pore structure. The invention belongs to the field of geopolymer preparation. The invention aims to solve the technical problems that an existing spherical geopolymer is low in porosity, the average particle size of microspheres is small, and the geopolymer with high aperture ratio is difficult to prepare. The method comprises the steps: step 1, preparing slurry; step 2, curing and balling; and step 3, post-processing. According to the novel method provided by the invention, the spherical geopolymer with the characteristic of a high-porosity communicated hierarchical pore structure can be prepared by designing a suspending agent and adjusting the foaming slurry, the diameter of the prepared spherical geopolymer is 2-3 mm, and the preparation efficiency is greatly improved; and technical support is provided for large-scale utilization of the porous spherical geopolymer, and in addition, the multi-layer suspending agent structure can effectively prevent the prepared spherical geopolymer from being bonded with the bottom of a beaker.
一种高开孔率多级孔结构的球形地质聚合物的制备方法。本发明属于地质聚合物制备领域。本发明的目的是为了解决现有球形地质聚合物孔隙率偏低、微球平均粒径偏小以及难以制备出具有高开孔率的地质聚合物的技术问题。本发明的方法:步骤1:浆料制备;步骤2:固化成球;步骤3:后处理。本发明提供了一种新型方法,通过设计悬浮剂并调整发泡料浆,能制备出具有高孔隙率连通多级孔结构的特性的球形地质聚合物,制备的球形地质聚合物直径为2‑3毫米,极大的提高了其制备效率,为多孔球形地质聚合物大规模利用提供技术支撑,此外多层悬浮剂结构可以有效防止制备的球形地质聚合物与烧杯底部粘接。
