Silicon nitride ceramic with hierarchical pore structure and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of silicon nitride ceramic with a hierarchical pore structure, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing silicon nitride, silicon monoxide, a sintering aid, a pore forming agent and a gel aid, regulating the pH value to 8.5-11.5, and carrying out ball milling to obtain mixed slurry; carrying out injection molding on the mixed slurry, curing,drying, demolding, and discharging glue to obtain a ceramic green body; putting the ceramic blank into a chemical vapor infiltration furnace, and carrying out deposition sintering in the atmosphere of a gaseous precursor to obtain a ceramic sample; and paving silicon sources below the ceramic sample at intervals, and carrying out pressureless discharge plasma sintering on the ceramic sample and the silicon sources in a protective atmosphere to obtain the silicon nitride ceramic with the hierarchical pore structure. The silicon nitride ceramic prepared by the method is good in air permeability, suitable for smoke dust filtration, simple in preparation process and adjustable in microstructure.
本发明公开了一种具有多级孔结构的氮化硅陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将氮化硅、一氧化硅、烧结助剂、造孔剂和凝胶助剂均匀混合,调节pH值为8.5~11.5,并球磨,得混合浆料;将混合浆料注模成型,固化后经干燥、脱模、排胶,得到陶瓷坯体;将陶瓷坯体置于化学气相渗透炉中,在气态先驱体的氛围下进行沉积烧结,得陶瓷样品;将陶瓷样品下方间隔铺放硅源,将陶瓷样品和硅源在保护气氛下进行无压放电等离子烧结,即得到具有多级孔结构的氮化硅陶瓷。本发明制备得到的氮化硅陶瓷透气性良好、适用于烟尘过滤且制备工艺简单、微观结构可调。
