The invention discloses a method for preparing high-entropy boron ceramic by using atmosphere sintering. The method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing raw materials: using silicon dioxide as a matrix, and adding silicon nitride and silicon carbide to obtain a mixed material; 2, treating the mixed material: grinding, drying and sieving the mixed material, placing the mixed material in a graphite mold, and pre-pressing; and 3, preparing the composite ceramic: sintering the graphite mold of the mixed material in a hot pressing furnace in a nitrogen atmosphere, performing cooling demolding, and polishing. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the silicon nitride material prepared based on the atmosphere sintering method is designed, and the prepared silicon nitride has the advantages of being good in wear resistance, uniform in size, high in yield and the like compared with an existing silicon nitride ceramic material by optimizing a formula and process parameters; and the prepared silicon nitride wear-resistant sheet has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, good impact resistance, good wear resistance, smooth surface and complete edges and corners.
本发明公开了一种利用气氛烧结制备高熵硼陶瓷的方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、原料混合:使用二氧化硅作为基质,加入氮化硅和碳化硅,得到混合材料;步骤二、混合材料处理:将上述混合材料进行研磨、干燥、过筛,并置于石墨模具中,进行预压;步骤三、制成符合陶瓷:将上述混合材料的石墨模具在热压炉中通氮气气氛烧结,冷却脱模后进行抛光。本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计了一种基于气氛烧结法制备的氮化硅材料,通过优化配方和工艺参数,制得的氮化硅相比现有的氮化硅陶瓷材料具有耐磨性好、尺寸均匀、成品率高等优点;制备的氮化硅耐磨片具有强度高、韧性好、耐冲击和耐磨性好,而且表面光洁,棱角完整。
