Prefabricated stand column
The invention discloses a prefabricated stand column and aims to overcome the defects that an existing prefabricated stand column is low in precision and cannot be well matched with a bent cap and a small box girder. The prefabricated stand column is formed by concrete pouring and comprises a positioning plate at the bottom and a pre-embedded column sleeve at the top, a grouting sleeve is fixedly connected to the positioning plate and arranged at the position, close to the outer edge, of the positioning plate, and the positioning plate is provided with an open hole corresponding to and communicated with the grouting sleeve; longitudinally arranged main reinforcements and annular stirrups arranged along the cross section are arranged between the positioning plate and the pre-embedded column sleeve, the main reinforcements are inserted into the grouting sleeve, the other ends of the main reinforcements are positioned through the embedded column sleeve, and the annular stirrups hoop the main reinforcements and the grouting sleeve. The arrangement precision of the main reinforcements is higher through the pre-embedded column sleeve, the main reinforcements are better matched with other prefabricated parts, meanwhile, collision between the reinforcements is avoided, and the waste of raw materials is reduced.
本发明公开了一种预制立柱,旨在解决现在的预制立柱精度低下,无法与盖梁、小箱梁进行良好配合的不足。该发明由混凝土浇筑形成,包括底部的定位板和顶部的预埋柱套,定位板上固定连接有灌浆套筒,灌浆套筒布置在定位板靠近外缘位置,定位板上设有与灌浆套筒对应并连通的开孔,定位板和预埋柱套之间设有纵向排列的主筋和沿横截面布置的环形箍筋,主筋插装在灌浆套筒内,另一端通过预埋柱套定位,环形箍筋箍装在主筋和灌浆套筒上。通过预埋柱套使得主筋的排布精度更高,与其他的预制部件的配合更好,同时避免钢筋之间的碰撞,减少原材料的浪费。
