Prefabricated pre-stressed stand column
A prefabricated pre-stressed stand column structure comprises a bearing platform and a prefabricated stand column which are connected, and the prefabricated stand column is arranged above the bearing platform. A stand column embedded pipe is arranged in the prefabricated stand column, a bearing platform embedded pipe and a grouting sleeve which are communicated with the stand column embedded pipe are arranged in the bearing platform, the grouting sleeve is located below the bearing platform embedded pipe, and a cable body is arranged in the stand column embedded pipe, the bearing platform embedded pipe and the grouting sleeve; one end of the cable body is fixedly connected to the bottom of the grouting sleeve, and the other end of the cable body upwards extends out of the stand column embedded pipe; and a working anchorage device and a tensioning device which are matched with each other are arranged on the cable body. Compared with the prior art, the pre-stressed stand column can be directly hoisted to the site to be assembled after being prefabricated, cable body bundle penetrating is conducted after the pre-stressed stand column is assembled with the bearing platform, then anchorage device installation and tensioning are conducted, finally grouting and anchor sealing are conducted, better shear resistance and earthquake resistance are achieved, meanwhile, the grouting sleeve is installed on the positioning plate, and the precision requirement when the pre-stressed stand column is in butt joint with a cover beam and the bearing platform is guaranteed.
